ADB Cool Company was founded over 80 years ago. ADB Cool company started with the cooling and storage of Westland grapes. Located in the agrarian logistical heart of the southwest of the Netherlands, the Westland region, they are close to the Port of Rotterdam and have modern facilities available for the storage, treatment and logistical handling of perishables.

ADB Cool Company has space for 15,000 pallets spread across 48 cooling and freezer rooms, totalling 150,000 m3. Temperatures can be set between -25°C and 55°C. The large distribution hall provides direct access to 11 docks, the corridors leading to the cooling and freezer rooms, as well as the sorting and packing rooms. The newest generation cooling and freezer rooms have moveable racks installed, which can be both controlled manually or by a computer system.

AGRO Merchants Group was founded in January 2013. Along with its financial partner, Oaktree Capital Management, AGRO Merchants currently owns and operates over 6.7 million cubic meters of temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution space in the U.S, UK, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Australia, Brazil, Chile and the Netherlands.

AGRO Merchants Group is strategically located to serve ports, distribution hubs, and production locations via ship, rail, truck and air. AGRO Merchants Group operates its own refrigerated trucks (over-the-road and port-drayage), and offers a variety of on-demand non-asset based transportation management services. Temperature Controlled Storage

State of the art facilities provide accurate temperature control and cold chain management integrity for all major food commodities including beef, pork, poultry, seafood, bakery products, fruits and vegetables. With over 7.5 million sq. feet (700,000 sq. meters) and 401,000 pallet positions of storage capacity. The company is certified across a variety of international product handling and governmental standards including USDA, FDA, BRC, IFS, HACCP, GSFI, and ISO22000.
