IQF Frozen Fruit. Blueridge Produce offers IQF-individual quick frozen strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and cultivated blueberries. The Driediger Family has been proudly cultivating the lush land of the Fraser Valley of British Columbia since 1964. The original Driediger Farms operation is still in existence and continues to serve the local market. Today, we have expanded to become a premier grower and, under the Blueridge Produce label, a top quality processor of fresh and frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and dark, sweet cherries.

Our state-of-the-art production facility was completed in 2013 allowing Blueridge Produce to increase individual quick frozen (IQF) production, increase fresh packaging and expand into a large scale co-packing facility. We are processing top grade, sustainable fruits for local wholesale, retail and food service markets as well as global exports. Our facility paired with the quality and flavours of our berries is what sets us apart. We harvest our berries at the peak of their perfection to ensure outstanding quality, size and flavour. Blueridge Produce also works with carefully selected local growing partners that are contracted to produce for us, guaranteeing consistent supply.

The Blueridge Produce IQF production facility completed in 2013 offers a 7,000sqft holding freezer with 2 million pounds of storage capacity and over 25,000 sqft of new production space. Our state-of-the-art processing line is capable of producing final grade product, reducing the need and expense of repacking. Our IQF facility is equipped with high pressure, hot water cleaning systems and is fully staffed with an onsite quality assurance team complete with a fully functional laboratory. All products are frozen in our Octo-Frost IQF Tunnel with 10-11,000 lbs per hour capacity and laser sorted/metal detected prior to undergoing packaging.
