Collins Transport uses refrigerated transport technology that allows them to keep food fresh as if it had just been harvested. With regular driver monitoring of the goods as they are transported ensures that the produce arrives as fresh as it was prior to being harvested. Collins Transport drivers are well trained in cold transport technology, this ensures that all produce arrives in the same condition as when picked up from your depot.

Cold Storage
The Wingfield Depot on Cormack road was completed in 2009. This facility boasts 3500m² dry storage plus large chilled and frozen areas in the genset backed cold storage warehouses. The Adelaide facility is complete with fully maintained truck, trailer and cold transport workshops, many loading docks to provide ease of access, truck washing bays and recycled water systems. The yard is also backed with meticulously planned redundant fire systems.
The Melbourne depot has been in operation for many years. This facility includes dry storage plus large chilled and frozen areas.
