Emergent Cold, Hemmant 1 Warehouse Services
Centrally located between the Port of Brisbane and main arterial road, Hemmant 1 is accessible to both Brisbane and oversea ports. The facility has capacity in excess of 24,600 pallets.
Services at Hemmant 1 include blast freezing, case pick, pallet picks and distribution. The site is Australian Quarantine Accredited for Import and Export Services and well secured with CCTV and 24 hour security. Hemmant 1 is energy efficient with catchment of rain water servicing the cooling towers and LED lighting.

The transactions are expected to close in 2020, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
