Headquarters and facilities
Fieldbrook is headquartered in Dunkirk, New York and operates three manufacturing facilities, a 234,000 square foot facility located in Dunkirk, a 40,000 square foot facility located in Lakewood, New Jersey and a 25,000 square foot facility in Gloversville, New York. With over 40 production lines, Fieldbrook ranks among the largest ice cream facilities in the U.S. capable of producing over 120 million dozen of frozen novelties and 25 million gallons of ice cream annually. Their facilities are some of the most comprehensive and versatile manufacturing platforms in the industry, which enables them to provide a broader range of products than their competitors and offer customers a single-source solution for their private label or co-pack needs.
