They have made a study of the logistics of importing fruits and vegetables from Mexico, mastering the myriad of details involved. As a result, oversight, control and efficiency are unsurpassed.

All of IQF’s processing facilities are HACCP, GFSI, and Kosher certified. In addition, all processing plants are registered with the FDA in accordance with the Bioterrorism Act of 2002. Many of the leading food manufacturers in the United States—IQF customers—send their own auditors to inspect and assess plants. These inspectors determine the plants’ suitability to produce for the companies they represent.

CH Foods Interamerican Quality Foods is proud to be the official sales office of Congeladora Hortícola (CH Foods), Mexico’s premier packer of bell pepper, squash, zucchini and jalapeños. The plant is strategically located just south of the Mexico/Arizona border, right in the heart of the growing region.

Although IQF supplies many different fruits and vegetables, strawberries are their signature product. With nearly 60 years of combined experience in the Mexican frozen strawberry industry, it is safe to say that IQF knows more about them than anyone else—and imports more of them, too.
