Kloosterboer, founded in 1925, is a financially strong and independent family business. With more than 3,500,000 m3 of refrigerated capacity, Kloosterboer is a front-runner in logistics services in Western Europe for temperature controlled food products (including fish, meat, fruit, fruit juices and concentrates, dairy and potato products). The company specialises in storage, stevedoring, logistics, handling customs formalities and logistical IT solutions.

Kloosterboer has sixteen branches operating in the Netherlands, France, Sweden, South Africa, Canada and the United States.

Kloosterboer Bayside has over 20 years of experience receiving frozen fish & other cargoes from Alaska, U.S. West Coast and the Russian Far East. Their customers include some of the largest and oldest fishing companies in the North Pacific.

Temperature Controlled Storage

Kloosterboer operates more than 3,500,000 m3 of temperature controlled storage capacity spread across fifteen strategic locations in the Netherlands and abroad. Our storage capacity consists of conventional cold stores and fully automated high-rise cold stores where we hold more than 500,000 tonnes of products in a temperature range from -25°C to +15°C. The annual throughput capacity is 2,000,000 tonnes.
