Initially they produced Trahanas (Cyprus wheat and yoghurt soup) and Bulgur. This was an area in which they had knowledge and experience. The company is known for its Dry products Range and its Frozen Products Range. The Dry Products Range includes Bulgur wheat, Trahanas, Pulses and Rice while the Frozen Products Range includes Pasta, Vegetables, Pastries and Pizzas.
