Our BOSS Brand Pasteurized Blue Swimming crab meat is produced under stringent HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), EU (European Union) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) regulations for safety and top quality assurance.

We receive our products into our company owned 40,000 square foot facility in Miami, Florida as well as into a large cold storage facility located in Los Angeles, California. From there, we distribute our products throughout all 50 United States, the Caribbean, Canada and Europe. We are able to ship from our facilities 6 days a week.

All of our crab meat products are made from fresh, steam cooked crabs which are then cooled and hand-picked for accurate and consistent grading. We offer BOSS Brand Fresh Blue crab meat from Venezuela; BOSS Brand Pasteurized Blue crab meat from Venezuela, BOSS Brand Blue Swimming crab meat from Southeast Asia and SUPREME Brand Red Swimming crab meat also from Southeast Asia.

In addition, we offer the highest quality frozen fin fish products, produced to our high standard specifications in our partner plants all over the world. We offer Sushi Grade Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, Saku Blocks and Loins, Snapper Fillets, Mahi Portions, Golden Corvina Filets, Spanish Octopus and South American White Shrimp.

All Boss Brand fish portions are IQF(Individually Quick Frozen) to ensure freshness and superior taste. They are IVP(Individually Vacuum Packed) to maximize shelf life and provide convenience to the operator. All Boss Brand Products are 100% net weight.
