About VAL-MEX Frozen Foods

IQF Frozen Fruit and Vegetables. Val-Mex Frozen Foods, LLC. was created in 2004 as a sales and logistics office in the United States to compliment the Mexican processing/manufacturing facility. Our processing plant is located in Jacona, Michoacan, Mexico, which is in the Zamora Valley.

To produce and commercialize high-quality fruit and vegetable products designed to satisfy our clients’ needs by assuring strict compliance with our alimentary hygiene policy and national and international quality norms, achieved through continuous effort, dedication and hard work and the constant support and excellent performance of our staff, as well as the ongoing development of a culture of continual improvement that we extend to our clients and suppliers.
